Abstract Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) has emerged as an innovative technological approach in the high-rise, high-density city of Hong Kong to address shortages housing, skilled labour and boost productivity quality built environment. Despite such governmental support its known benefits, adoption still at ‘infancy’ stage development terms industry-wide uptake, due complex nature.
